Wellness is holistic, more than a balanced diet and regular exercise, it is about how we talk to ourselves (and to others), our core beliefs, boundaries and the lens through which we view the world. Mindfulness and wellness go hand in hand. Mindfulness is about our mind being, and becoming, our best friend. It enriches our life, allowing us to flourish, not only in our mental health, but in our relationships, work and physical health too.

Mindfulness for Life: FREE TASTER SESSION
Join me on Zoom for one hour of mindfulness for FREE. A fantastic opportunity to discover all about the 8-week course, if it’s right for you and to meet your teacher. Be gently guided through practises to help you unwind from the day, taking some much needed time to nourish yourself.

8-Week MBCT- Mindfulness for Life
This transformative course evolving from the evidenced based MBCT programme and draws on the science of Positive Psychology and Gratitude to focus on building on our positive emotions. The emphasis is on flourishing in wellbeing, building resilience and reducing stress. Open to all, the course will be running online via Zoom.
2025: Tuesday 14th January – 4th March 5.30pm – 7.15pm
8-Week MBCT – Mindfulness for Depression and Anxiety
This life changing, highly acclaimed course will be running online as a one-to-one or on a small group basis.
